things I’ve learned while at Intersect

  • learning a new company’s information system is difficult haha.¬†
  • when you’re using a debugger and have breakpoints, if you add more lines to the code, the debugger’s breakpoints won’t move along with the line changes.
  • Often you won’t get to choose what tools you’re working with. I’m using the Firebug-like tool in Safari to debug.
  • Premature optimization is a bad thing.
